MVP

MVP Development for Startups

An MVP is the smallest release that lets real users finish the core job. I cut features that can wait and keep the ones that prove the product.

What you can expect

  • A written first-release scope
  • A usable product, not a slide deck
  • A backlog of what comes next

We start with users, the one workflow that must work, and what “done” means for the first release. Extra screens, fancy admin and nice-to-have AI features wait until the core path is live.

Delivery can be a web app, a Flutter app, or both if the first customers need a phone. You get weekly demos, source code and a list of what was intentionally left out.

I will not promise a six-week miracle for a product that needs payments, marketplaces and three roles. If the scope is that large, I say so and we split a first slice.

Work is remote and worldwide. I reply on WhatsApp, email or a call, usually within a few hours. You own the source code. Nothing ships without a human review of correctness, security and the handover notes.

How AI helps on this engagement

AI tools shorten research and first drafts. Scope cuts and production checks stay human.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can an MVP ship?
A narrow web MVP can be a few weeks. The date depends on logins, payments and how clear the workflow is.
Will you tell me to build less?
Yes. The point of an MVP is to leave things out on purpose.
Can the MVP become the real product?
Yes, if we choose a stack you can keep. I avoid throwaway prototypes unless you ask for one.
Do you take equity instead of fees?
No. Engagements are paid: fixed scope, hourly or a monthly block.
What do you need from me?
Users, the problem, any examples, and who decides scope. A full specification is not required.
