Flutter App Development

Flutter is the default when you want Android and iOS from one codebase and the product does not depend on unusual device hardware.

What you can expect

  • One codebase for both stores
  • A written reason if a screen should be native
  • Admin or API work when the app needs it

I use Flutter for store apps, field tools and MVPs that must reach both phones without two teams. Maps, notifications, payments and offline lists are planned up front.

If a feature needs a native module, I say so before the estimate, instead of forcing everything through Dart. The API is usually shared with a future web admin panel.

Work is remote and worldwide. I reply on WhatsApp, email or a call, usually within a few hours. You own the source code. Nothing ships without a human review of correctness, security and the handover notes.

How AI helps on this engagement

AI tools speed widget drafts and test ideas. Platform behaviour and the release build are reviewed by me.

Frequently asked questions

Is Flutter enough for both stores?
For most business apps, yes. Specialised hardware may still need a native module.
Can you add Flutter to an existing backend?
Yes. Share the API docs or the repo and I will connect the app to it.
How long is a Flutter MVP?
A narrow MVP is often a few weeks. Payments, chat and complex roles take longer.
Who owns the Flutter code?
You do. Source, builds and notes are handed over.
Do you also build the admin website?
Yes. Many Flutter products need a web admin. That can be the same engagement.
